1422Katy submitted her SOTM from Plattsburgh, NY, USA. She wrote: “I woke up one morning to my friends hand in my face ‘Oh my God, we thought you were dead!’ was the first thing I heard as I opened my eyes. The second was an explanation as to why they were all in my room with someone's hand in my face. ‘We were checking to see if you were still breathing!’

“I am usually the first one of my friends to wake up, and I get restless and wake my other friends that live on the same floor up. 11am rolled around and people started waking up on their own. No one had heard from me so they assumed I had stayed with other friends for the night.

They all went to breakfast with out me, came back to the dorm and still hadn't heard from me so they tried calling me, but my phone was on silent, so it didn't wake me and went straight to voice mail.

“They came to my room to see if I had left my phone at home that night and found me unconscious in my bed. They called my name but I didn't answer. They came running to my bed side to see if I was still breathing.

I was fine, I had come home with the sunrise and can be a VERY deep sleeper, but none of them knew that because I was always one of the last ones to go to bed and one of the first ones up.”
