2294The charming Lucy is the granddaughter of my ex-journalism tutor and mentor Gerry Kreibich, whose powerful and moving SOTM can be seen here.

Of her SOTM, Lucy said: “So my sister told me this, before I was leaving for Cape Town. She is 20 months older and she’s like my best friend.

”Just before I was embarking to Cape Town, not knowing where I was going, what I was doing with my life, she told me this. It’s something I try and think about if I feel overwhelmed or stressed or worried about things. I think about my sister and her words of wisdom.”
