556This is the start of Manchester Week on SOTM! All this week there'll be seven images featuring some of the good people from that fine city.

To begin with, we have a brilliantly quirky SOTM that comes from when our subject Sam visited his grandmother, and also met his great-aunt there, who was “getting on a bit”. I wish I could say that’s the light of the moon in the photo – but it’s not.
