1956“I stress a lot about decisions and whether what I did was the right thing to do," says travel blogger Victoria Philpott.

"I can stay awake thinking about it at night. I was telling a friend about it and why I hadn’t slept the night before.

"She said: ‘Look Vic, just calm down. You did what was right at the time.’ From then on I’ve found a lot of comfort in that statement and so I think of it a lot.”
