I was trying to achieve a goal, it took a lot longer than I thought it was going to. I was getting a lot of rejections. Then she told me this.

”She said you have to blossom where you are before you can blossom elsewhere. It just reminded me in a nice way of how we still had some work to do, and probably still had some things to learn before I could move on.”
