1330This is the rather talented Helen Croydon, journalist, sex and relationship commentator and author of the Sugar Daddy Diaries book - an account of her time spent dating older, rich men.

She kindly agreed to pose for SOTM, and chose for her quote something she was told on one of her first ever dates with a sugar daddy. As she explains in her audio clip the man who told her this described younger women as a "plump, perfect creature that was the ultimate trophy" while going on to say that what he really wanted was a women with "worldliness about her".

Helen said that this made her realise how it's "very easy to get addicted to a fantasy and actually that isn't really what we want in reality".
