2510“I went to yoga class one day and it was a teacher I knew very well, but I didn’t know any other students in the group,” says Helen in her audio commentary.

”As we were talking in the class beforehand, the teacher asked what we wanted to do that day. A couple of them made a comment and I asked if they’d been in the class before.

”One woman turned round and said this. It resonated with me because I didn’t know if she meant it in a yogi, spiritual kind of way, or that they were beginners in yoga. Either way it stuck with me, it was a really nice thing to say.”
