2539“This was something I was taught my entire life, or something that I told myself that I had to be,” Shasta says in her audio clip.

“That put me in situations that were ill fitting and so when I was 42 I decided that I had to be less responsible and I quit my job and I started to travel. I travelled for 18 months around the world and it was liberating and transformative.

“Now I’m trying to work out how to continue that lifestyle. Freedom and joy and adventure.”
