2414“So I was in Mongolia and we on a Gobi desert tour,” explains Susie in her audio commentary.

”We were with three other ladies, two of which were from California and they were in their 60s.

”One night we were staying in a camp on particularly uncomfortable beds. I asked one woman how she slept. She told me this.

”It pertained not only to physical comfort, especially when travelling, but also emotionally and really trying to stretch yourself outside of your comfort zone, to try new things, do new things that you wouldn’t normally try.

”You always need to remind yourself that going outside of that comfort zone is always going to lead to good things.”
