1925Foreign Language Friday: This German blogger said her SOTM means “Do it! Now!” She explains in her audio commentary that she was told this by an elderly friend of her mother’s when his wife died of cancer.

“They were thinking of saving all of their money up for when they retired, so they could do a trip around the world. When they retired, two months afterwards she died. I’ll never forget it because I was thinking about whether I should go travelling or get into serious stuff, like a lot of my friends were doing.

”I discussed this with him and he said ‘whatever your dreams are, go and live them now and don’t wait until later, because you might not be able to fulfil it’." Taken in Notting Hill, London, UK.
