005Ellie has been obsessed with seahorses ever since she was a child, and when she was little "thought that they weren't real, that they didn't exist".

Such a fan of these little creatures is she that she even has a tattoo of one.

But she was once horrified to be told this by a man she was dating and didn’t believe him. Later she discovered that these unusual creatures are, in fact, on the menu in Goa, India. "When he told me he'd eaten one it didn't go down very well," she says in her audio clip.
