He wrote: “The English translation of what she wrote in Twi is: ‘Congratulations! You've done well!’ I realise that doesn't sound spectacular, but context is everything.

"These pics were taken at her mother's wake and it was something her mum had said to her only a few times in her life on momentous occasions, because praise was hard to come by.”
