1705Samantha Smith sent this in from Florida in the United States. She wrote: “Someone once told me that my socks don't match. Every day when I go into work, I add in knee high, oddly patterned, different colored socks to my uniform.

"For whatever reason, people can't understand that it's intentional, and they always follow that statement with a ‘Why?’. Every time I just say ‘Why not?’. Most of the time they laugh at that and walk away, shaking their heads.

"I continue doing what I do, and wonder why everyone always needs an explanation when someone does something different.”
