”I had to undergo a really big operation and the nursing sister on duty came to me and said ‘Good morning Mrs Schwartz. You don’t look worried at all. Instead you look happy, and you’ve got a smile on your face.’

”And she asked me if I’m religious and she gave me a great big hug, and that’s when I realised to be happy is to make others happy.”
